Delivery and Returns


We accept returns on any unopened hair extensions. We understand that there may be cases in which you need to return or exchange your order. They must not have been removed from the inlay card, worn or tampered with in any way. For pre-bonded extensions, the cable tie must not be removed or tampered with. You are responsible for the cost of return and any exchange delivery costs and ensuring the product has been sent using a tracked and insured service.

A full refund will be issued to your original payment method after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not removed from the inlay card.


Refunds usually take 5-7 working days to be refunded back into your account; this can vary depending on your bank.

Your right to cancel

Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 7 days from the day you receive your goods.

If your order consists of multiple goods, the 7-day period runs from when you get the last of the batch.

How to return your extensions

You must call or email explaining what you want to do and provide your order number. We will then start the return/exchange process.

We endeavour to send out orders within 2 working days. All orders require a signature upon delivery. Extension Professional will not take responsibly for any late or missed deliveries.
